University Tennessee-Martin Baseball Freshman Sam Stowe did not let the adversity and challenges faced by all high school Class of 2021.. Student Athletes .. prevent him from reaching his goals and dreams. A varsity baseball player on a average will play..40-45 games in their varsity career. Stowe had his varsity career reduced to 18 games. The Covid 19 Pandemic shut down the 2020 season after four games played.
Sam like many other baseball college prospects moved to travel and showcase baseball tournaments to improve their game. Stowe participated in the Dynamic Baseball Showcase Tour as well as Gametime Prospects Showcase Events.
Stowe made a early commitment to attend UT-Martin and play baseball for the Skyhawks. Sam is listed on the UT-Martin roster as First-Base…Outfield position for the Skyhawks.
Sam is hard at hardwork in the classroom and on the field in preparation for his freshman season. Stowe was named to the Athletic Director Honor Roll for the fall semester. A role model for what a “Student Athlete” should be.
